After the horrendous earthquake that hit Croatia with a magnitude on 6.3 on the 29th of December 2020, making the strongest ever recorded in Croatian history and completely destroying the little town of Petrinja, dire and urgent relief efforts were needed. Casualties, people left without homes and belongings, no place to sleep or eat, sleeping in tents and cars while new smaller earthquakes were hitting the area in average every 15 minutes, were just part of the cruel after math of the earthquake. A big part of Croatian people and local organizations showed big hearts and volunteered in every way they could, by donating, cooking, cleaning the rubble etc. One such organization was the Croatian basketball team KK Skrljevo, that participates in Croatia Premier league offered to volunteer and deliver meals to the people in need and sent 5 of their players to Petrinja for help, one of those players was our client Arkim Robertson @a.swishaa who showed again his big heart and why they nicknamed him the gentle giant! These photos depict part of that noble effort, teach us that kindness transcends all boundaries and makes us proud that we have amongst our ranks clients and great human beings such as Arkim and collaborate with teams such as KK Skrljevo.
